Couriers may leave parcels in a secure safe place, with a neighbour, reception area, or another suitable location if deemed appropriate at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for checking the delivery address, safe locations, household members, neighbours and any delivery information provided by the courier once tracking shows the parcel as successfully delivered.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking all safe places, with members of your household and neighbours, and reviewing the courier’s tracking information before reporting the parcel as missing.
